Mrs Manisha K. Dugad and Mr Kalpesh B. Dugad the couple who started their business journey in the year 1999 with just a single employee. The company was named as Kalyani Mahila Gruh Udyog. In the year 2008 it was changed to Kalyani Namkeens Pvt. Ltd. Mrs Manisha, director has received many awards for her outstanding contribution towards the business. To name a few are Gold medal by Sakaal newspaper and Mitcon at the hands of Mrs Shabana Azmi in 2008 she was selected out of 1020 ladies, Kranti Jyotibai Phule award by Padma Shri awardee and a social activist Sindhutai Sapkal.
Lotus and Sabari Khakraa are the two Brands of Kalyani Namkeens Pvt. Ltd. Lotus Khakraa is available in 10 different tasty flavours which are made out of refined oil and wheat flour Shabari Khakraa is the premium product which is made out of pure cow ghee and wheat flour. Khakraa is a ready to eat healthy snack which can be consumed anywhere by anyone at anytime.
